A Veterinary Epidemiologist is a scientist who studies how diseases spread among animals and how these diseases can affect humans. They play a crucial role in keeping both animals and people healthy by investigating outbreaks, developing prevention strategies, and ensuring food safety. These professionals are curious, detail-oriented, and compassionate, often working in labs, farms, or even in the wild. Their work helps prevent the spread of diseases, protect our food supply, and ensure the well-being of pets and wildlife.
