Salary Range
- $69,000 – $92,000/ year
Education & Timeframe
- Start Your Journey: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Health Education, or related field Duration: ~4 years
- Advance Your Expertise: Master’s Degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or a related field Duration: ~2 years
- Certification: Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) or Certified in Public Health (CPH) certification Duration: Varies (typically requires passing an exam)
- Gain Experience: Internships or work experience in community health, wellness programs, or public health settings.
- Continuing Education: Attend workshops, seminars, or additional courses to stay current with public health trends and best practices Duration: Ongoing
