  • To advance to a Custodial Supervisor IV, five years of progressively responsible custodial and building maintenance experience at a multi-building institutional environment, such as a university campus. Three years of which must be in a supervisory capacity which involved planning, organizing, coordinating and scheduling the work of 30 or more custodial workers.
