Salary Range


  • $45,000 – $96,000/ year

Required Experience


  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • To become a Facility Supervisor I, two years of experience in building construction or building maintenance is necessary.
  • A Facility Supervisor II and III, four to five years of experience in building and facilities maintenance or construction is required. This experience should include project planning, preparation of cost estimates and budgets, scheduling, and project management. Additionally, two years of this experience must include supervision of skilled trades workers and semi-skilled workers.
  • To advance to a Facility Supervisor III, six years of progressively responsible professional experience are required. Three of those years must include supervision of skilled trades workers and semi-skilled workers.
