A Primary Care Workforce Development Manager for The Department of Health and Human Services in the state of Nevada is responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining a skilled primary care workforce to meet community needs. Salary Range


  • $72,000 – $87,000/ year

Required Experience


  • A minimum of four years of professional experience in managing and/or developing healthcare or workforce development programs is required. This experience should include analyzing health professional and/or social service workforce development components to enhance flexibility and improve access while ensuring public safety. Additionally, the role involves program planning and evaluation, writing comprehensive statistical and narrative reports, and reviewing, revising, and developing policies and procedures. Of the four years of experience, at least two years must involve supervising professional staff.
