Salary Range


  • $41,300 – $57,272/ year

Required Experience


  • High School Diploma or equivalent; One year of clerical duties.
  • Two to three years of experience to become an Accounting Assistant II or III. Duties include coding documents to distribute funds; preparing payable/receivable and balancing accounts, and using computer spreadsheets to record, track, organize and report data.
  • Advance Experience requires Four Years of relevant work experience to become an Accounting Assisting IV. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other accounting data. Tasks involve developing spreadsheets for tracking and reporting financial data, researching and interpreting financial information for reports, responding to budget inquiries, reconciling accounts, and making corrections with journal vouchers.
